i have a question i dont know if you can help me it behalf of mu aunty.

 

my aunty lives in karach,she lost her husband last year 2009 since he has passed away my aunty has had tough times with her in laws as they have done a fraudlent case and her broher inlaws have transfered their name to her property which are hers without her knowing as that was the only income she had.life in pakistan for widows is hard.her inlaw are so greedy and not even giving her anything within the sharaih law as they are bribing lawyers to do thier fraud job for them by giving them more money and is not giving justice to a widow whos peoperty it is.

 

what can my aunty do to get justice as she is not getting nowhere as lawyers are not helping as they can only take money to help the wrong people.

 

Would you please tell me how she can get some of her property back as her husband has worked very hard away from home to make something for his wife for her wealth and her one child who is just 15.
