Dear sir, this is Gyanesh here,
Sir, my brother had to open a Multilevel Marketing company in partnership with his friend. He went to a advocate of Patna high court for registration of company .
so according to his advice my father became MD with 60% share & my brother's Friend became board of director with 40% share. when we went to that advocate to collect our Company registration paper, we got to know that advocate has kept Power of Attorney with him on the name of his munshi by fraud. Sir plz suggest us that how can we get back our Power Of Attorney? Waht are the legal issues we can face?
Should we operate our company with his Power Of Attorney.
Plz help us, we are invested so much money to start this company.
plz suggest can we take any action against him, we are frightend because he is allready advocate in highcourt. we got to know that he has done the same thing with some other people also. He always do POA on the name of his munshi. So how we can take action against him?
