| Introduction |
|
The Embassy of Italy issues two kinds of visas Schengen Visa and National Visa.
A Schengan visa allows the holder to travel the whole of Schengen territory (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden) and can be issued for a maximum of 90 days.
They can be issued for the following purposes: Transit ("B" type), Tourism, Sport-Competitions, Business, Religious purposes, Medical Treatment, Invitations, Self-employment, Employment and Study (all "C" type). |
