§1401. Exclusion of minors from courtroom
Any court may exclude minors as spectators from the courtroom during the trial of any cause, civil or criminal, when their
presence is not necessary as witnesses or parties.

§1402. Action of trespass; jury to find if willful
In action for trespass on property, the court and jury or judge shall determine whether the trespass was committed willfully.
If so found, a record thereof shall be made and a memorandum thereof minuted on the margin of the execution.

§1403. Admission of evidence
Notwithstanding any court rule to the contrary, when, after an event, measures are taken that, if taken previously, would
have made the event less likely to occur, evidence of the subsequent measures is not admissible to prove negligence or culpable
conduct in connection with the event. This section does not require the exclusion of evidence of subsequent measures when
offered for another purpose, such as proving ownership, control or feasibility of precautionary measures, if controverted,
or impeachment.
