As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1. Shopping center. "Shopping center" means any building or facility containing 6 or more separate retail establishments which are planned,
developed, owned or managed as a unit, with an off-street public parking area of not less than 2 acres.

In any building or facility constructed specifically as a shopping center after September 19, 1985, there shall be installed
a minimum of 2 toilets for the use of the public. There shall be at least one separate toilet for each sex and the toilets
provided shall be clearly marked, maintained in a sanitary condition and in good repair. Lavatory facilities shall be located
within or immediately adjacent to all toilet rooms or vestibules. There shall be no charge for their use.

chapter 375, rules to administer this chapter and thereby protect the public health.

Title 22 - §1674. Enforcement

This chapter shall be enforced by the Division of Health Engineering. Anyone violating this chapter or rules under this chapter
commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not more than $200 may be adjudged. Each date of violation shall be considered
a separate offense.
