Whoever violates this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500, or by imprisonment for

The Department of Health and Human Services is authorized and empowered to make necessary rules and regulations governing
the application of tattoos upon the bodies of human beings.

§4252. Issuance of licenses
The Department of Health and Human Services is empowered to license persons to practice the art of tattooing. Such licenses
shall be issued annually by the department upon the payment of a fee of $50. Licenses shall expire on September 30th of each
year.

of Health and Human Services.
