Firm OverviewContact Us

The law firm was created with the desire to implement a distinctly modern approach to the practice of law in Belgium and in France.

Lexial’s innovative geographical footprint allows the firm to serve clients from offices in Brussels and Paris. The office in Paris works in liaison with the Brussels office to serve clients—SMEs, corporations, executives—dealing with European and international legal issues. The Brussels office is also very active in Belgian law. Finally, the centrally-located Paris office offers the traditional range of legal services and serves a diverse clientele.
The firm’s lawyers take a distinctly modern approach to legal practice. The firm focuses on a limited number of areas of expertise in European, French and Belgian law. In addition to the small selection of traditional legal services offered, the firm’s unique approach has resulted in a narrow focus on business and labour law. In order to facilitate budgeting and financial planning, clients—in particular SMEs and individuals—have the option of signing a periodic legal support contract for these services.

The firm possesses proven expertise in the area of international mobility, expats issues and professionnal immigration, and can advise clients on specific matters including work permit, professional card and residence permit in Belgium and in France, supplementary retirement and pension funds, income tax optimisation and tax-sensitive asset management.
