Title : Title 06 - JUSTICE COURTS AND CIVIL PROCEDURE THEREIN
Chapter : CHAPTER 72 - BONDS AND UNDERTAKINGS
 In
all civil cases arising in Justice Courts wherein an undertaking is
required, the plaintiff or defendant may deposit with the justice a sum
of money equal to the amount required by the undertaking, which sum of
money shall be taken as security in place of the undertaking.
