RCW 66.98.060Rights of spirits, beer, and wine restaurant licensees 1949 c 5.Notwithstanding any provisions of chapter 62, Laws of 1933 ex. sess., as last amended, or of any provisions of any other law which may otherwise be applicable, it shall be lawful for the holder of a spirits, beer, and wine restaurant license to sell beer, wine, and spirituous liquor in this state in accordance with the terms of chapter 5, Laws of 1949.[1998 c 126 § 15; 1997 c 321 § 54; 1949 c 5 § 14; No RRS.
